Website privacy policy

This policy explains how AlKamel Soft handles data you provide through its company website, including support requests, feedback and enquiries.

Browsing company and product pages does not require an account. This page does not describe data processed within the AlKamel Soft app.

• When submitting support or feedback: your name, contact details, request type, topic and message.
• The request language, reference number, submission date and handling status used to follow up on your request.
• App version and device model, if you choose to complete these optional fields.
• An attached image, if you choose to upload one. The form accepts PNG, JPG or WebP images up to 4 MB.
• When contacting us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and content you send through that channel.

A support request does not become a published testimonial. Publishing customer reviews or work is a separate process requiring the content owner’s permission.

• Read and understand the request or feedback and contact you with a response.
• Track its handling and status, and refer to previous correspondence when needed.
• Use feedback to improve services and content, and protect the submission service from invalid requests and misuse.

Form submissions are sent to our support service and stored in its database. Attached images are held in private file storage and shown through the administration dashboard to authorised users after sign-in.

Hostinger hosts the website and support service. Hosting operation logs may include technical information such as network address, request time and browser details to run and protect the service and diagnose faults.

We use HTTPS connections and access permissions to protect data in transit and control access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

There is currently no fixed retention period or automatic deletion process for support requests and attachments. They remain stored for follow-up and to refer to the handling history until manually deleted.

You can email the company to request deletion of your request data and image, including the reference number if available. We review the request and verify that it relates to you before taking action, then explain the outcome. Closing a request or changing its status does not automatically delete its data.

Opening WhatsApp, email, Google Play, a company social profile or a client website takes you to an external service governed by its own privacy policy.

Messages sent through an external channel are also processed by that channel’s provider. You can use the support form if you prefer to send your request through the website.

• Browse without submitting a form, and leave the app version, device model and image fields empty.
• Email the company to request a review, correction or deletion of your request data.
• Include your reference number and the contact channel you used, and avoid sending additional sensitive information. We may ask for appropriate information to verify that the request belongs to you.

We update this page when website data practices change. The last updated date appears at the top. Contact us with questions about this policy or your request data.
